Moneypot.in is a virtual stock trading game managed by Researchbytes Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd.

Participant Agreement.

This Participant Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of Moneypot website and contests made available through the site (collectively, the "site"). Anyone accessing the site agrees to abide by this Agreement and by the Rules of any contest in which they participate. Those Rules appear under Rules page and are incorporated here in by reference.

Moneypot may modify this Agreement or the Rules at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting on the site. Your continued access or use of the site after the modifications have become effective shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Agreement or Rules.

THIS SITE DOES NOT OFFER, SOLICIT OR ARRANGE FOR THE SALE OR PURCHASE OF SECURITIES. THE SITE AND ITS CONTESTS ARE PART OF A STOCK MARKET SIMULATION. NO ACTUAL SECURITIES ARE PURCHASED, SOLD OR TRADED AS PART OF THE CONTESTS. ALL INFORMATION IS PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND RECREATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

Moneypot reserves the absolute right to disqualify you if it considers that you have used improper means to participate in the Game.

The game is for entertainment purposes only. The site is limited to personal, non-commercial use. This Participant Agreement is subject to changes by Moneypot without prior notice. Moneypot reserves the right to cancel the Contests at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

You agree and undertake that you shall not post any content on the Discussion Board that is:

1. For the purposes of spamming, junk mail, soliciting business or any other commercial/monetary gain.
2. False, misleading, unlawful or with the intent to defraud, harass, stalk, threaten, abuse, intimidate, accuse, impersonate or harm the feelings of anyone.
3. Illegal, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, provocative, defamatory, indecent, libelous, racist, hateful, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or public rights or any other third party rights or otherwise injurious or objectionable.
4. Is an expression of hatred based on age, gender, race, religion, caste, class, lifestyle preference, and nationality.
5. To promote, market, offer for sale or solicit business for any product or services whether owned/offered by you or any third party directly or indirectly through the service.

Content: Money does not claim any ownership in the Content. The content is sourced from published media channels and Moneypot has ackowledged references of these sources in the content provided.

Privacy Notice and Your Profile: The information in your Profile, including any information or content you voluntarily add to your Profile such as first and last name and images you upload, may be made public as result of search engine indexing.

Fake Ids should not be used to create an account. If such instance is found the ID will be blocked permanently.

Intellectual Property Rights: Researchbytes Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. owns the copyright to the site, including its overall appearance, graphics design and underlying source files. You may download or copy material from our Site, only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use is forbidden. Except as permitted above, you may not reproduce (in whole or in part), transmit (by electronic means or otherwise), modify, create derivatives of, link into, frame or use for any public or commercial purpose the contents of this Site without the prior written permission of Researchbytes Corporate Services.

Prizes: For certain site activities, we will offer certain prizes to registered Users who in our discretion and based on our stored data are the best performers within the parameters described in rules posted on the Site. You authorize Moneypot to deduct any such amounts from the prize. You will need to provide Moneypot with certain information in order to collect prizes. You are responsible for any such information you provide. You hereby waive any claim you may have against Moneypot in connection with Prizes.

Distribution of prizes will be at sole discretion of the moneypot team and its sponsoring partners. Prizes can be revoked at any time without prior intimation.

Sponsored Games: Distribution of prizes for the sponsored games will be at the sole discretion of the sponsoring partner. Any queries and communication must be carried out directly with the sponsoring partner. No queries will be entertained at Moneypot.

Governing Laws - Jurisdiction: The Terms are governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of Union of India, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. If you access this site from another jurisdiction, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with any local laws relating to access and use of this Site. You hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the qualified courts operating in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

You agree and undertake that you shall not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited. This service is provided to you as a matter of convenience for your personal and non-commercial use.
